I shutter to think about the number of loads of laundry that I have folded in the last 25 years. At peak I was doing close to 20 loads a week- whew, I’m glad those days are gone! Over the years I’ve learned a few tricks that has made laundry a little simpler!! The first one is……sometimes the kitchen counter is a GREAT place to fold clothes! Who knew?? Whatever works!
Let’s get started!!
First, when you pull a garment out of the laundry hamper that needs to be hung up, make a pile and continue folding the clothes. When you are done, go back to your pile of hanging clothes and put a hanger in the top shirt.
Once the hanger is in, flip it down and put a hanger in the next one.
Keep going until all shirts are “hanger-ed.” Is that a real word?
Quick grab the bunch and they’re ready to hang in the closet. That’s it!
Hope you try this and please make sure you wipe down the kitchen counter before you fold clothes- grape jelly never looks good on t-shirts!

Super hint….P. S. About wiping the counter-top…..Grease doesn’t look very good, either and is hard to remove. =)
Good point!!!
