Hello, friends! Let me just share a little advice…..make this recipe!! I didn’t know if my family would like it, (they don’t mind being guinea pigs) but you know I only share tried and true recipes here!! It’s a bland recipe, so you can keep it there or jack it up by using a little hot sauce!! Simple ingredients, one skillet- it doesn’t get any better than that!!

This is a simple one skillet recipe that uses common ingredients that you probably have on hand!
Ingredients
- 3 cups rice, uncooked (6 cups total, cooked)
- 1 ring, turkey kielbasa, sausage, etc. (cooked)
- 1 can of peas (drained)
- 1 can of corn (drained)
- Oil
- ½ stick of butter
Instructions
- Cook rice, set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown kielbasa in oil for about 3 minutes
- Mix in peas and corn. Cook for 10 minutes.
- Add rice and butter, then mix thoroughly.
No problem here. I would enjoy that and would probably use some hot sauce. Nice job, Mama!
