Hello, and Happy Friday!! MY BLOG IS BAAAAACCCCCKKK!!! Yay!!!!!
I always find it interesting to see how other people live, so I thought I would share a day in my life- hour by hour! Now, my week days are pretty boring, so I chose a Saturday when hubby was home and we actually had a few things planned!! Come along with me and let’s get the day started!!
6:00 am WAKE UP TIME!!!
Ever since we got our puppy, Honey, my hubby has been amazing to get up at night and take her outside when she has to potty. He also let me sleep in (until 6:00) on this Saturday so he handled the feeding and pottying in the early morning…I think it was 5 am when they got up.
When I took over at 6:00, he went back to bed to catch some extra ZZzzzs. Honey had just awakened from a little nap so she was up and raring to go. Her playfulness soon turned to naughtiness. She decided that she wanted our other dog, Minnie, to play…Minnie wasn’t interested thankyouverymuch.
So, she decided to bite the couch instead…#puppylife
and then she found a book to chew… I call her my little Land Shark- those teeth are like little razor blades!!
7:00 am
I was ready for a mug of hot chocolate…I worked on my computer while Honey chewed on her bone!
8:00 am
Breakfast time!! English Muffin with Peanut butter & Jelly
9 am…On the road to our son and daughter in law’s house
10am to Noon…
Got to snuggle our little buddy and visit with his Mama and Dad too!! Did you see him holding my hand?? OMGee, being a Grandma is awesome!!
Noon… lunch (apple & gouda chicken sausage & rice) and there was of course more doggie wrestling.
1:00 pm- Hopped down to my favorite salon and pampered myself with a Manicure
While changing my polish from “Sultry Sunset” to “Wisteria Haze” we solved most of the world’s problems, talked about dinner ideas, and I got caught up on her house remodeling projects! It was so fun!! Just look at all of those puppy bites on my hands!! =)
2:00-4:00… Got home and found that my college son had stopped in to do his taxes and do laundry! Oh, and I gave him a haircut, too!! I’m so happy that he chose a University that was close enough to just pop home every once in awhile!
4:00… Sat down and watched a few episodes of this…and watched the doggies nap!
Hubby was watching the Masters golf tournament in the sun room!!
5:00…Ordered Chinese food… Chicken Almond Ding and Kung Pao Chicken- what a treat not to have to cook!!
6:00… We finished eating, cleaned up and settled in and watched this…one of my FAVORITES!
Can’t wait until the weather warms up and we can get outside !!!
See you next week!!
