I’m sure you’ve heard of “Once a month cooking.” I have too, and I envy those who are disciplined to do it! Devoting a whole day to cooking, just to feed my freezer sounds overwhelming to me. Instead, I simply make two of whatever I’m making for dinner and stash the other one in the freezer.
Here’s an example…I made sloppy joes last week. Using two pots, I could make 2 batches! We ate one, and put the other in the freezer! Doesn’t this seem a lot easier than cooking all day??
