4 ingredients !!! Here’s the recipe!
4 chicken breasts- boneless, skinless
1 (14 oz.) can of corn (drained)
1 (14 oz.) can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 (16 oz.) jar of salsa- ( my recipe called for 2 jars of salsa, but I used only 1)
Dump all ingredients into a Crock Pot and cook on low 6-8 hours. Before serving, shred chicken and put back into crock pot. Use chicken mixture as filling for tortillas or on a salad. Possible condiments: sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, tomato, chips, taco sauce.
Enjoy!! and pretend you worked all day in the kitchen to make this!!
