It’s starting to look like Fall here in Wisconsin! I’m starting to see subtle changes in the leaves as I’ve been driving around! With all of the changing colors it has inspired me to decorate for Fall in my house! When I say decorate my house, what I really mean is decorating my kitchen, family room and dining room. Please join me and let’s get this tour started!!
The tour starts in my dining room… here is my table centerpiece and place mats. The decor was new last year so I’m re-using them this year!!
Moving into the kitchen, you’ll see my festive towels hanging on my oven door…
and this plate that I absolutely LOVE, displayed on the counter…
On our center island sits another centerpiece, again used from last year! I’m lovin’ the apple cider candle too!
The focal point of our Family room is the mantel. I dressed it up this year using decor that I already had…score!! Well, I guess the leaf garland is new now that I think about it! After starting out super simple with only the wire shutter and the 2 candlesticks, I pulled a few pops of color by adding the pot and flower and texture by using the leaf garland and the brown pumpkin.
Oh my goodness I have to show you my new purchase this year…check out these cuties above my t.v.!!
I love owls!!
Here are a few more Fall touches in my Family room…
and last, but not least….a glimpse of one of the beautiful mums on my front porch alongside my youngest son who went to his school’s Homecoming dance last weekend!
Thanks for joining me on my 2013 Fall Home Tour!!!! “Leaf” a comment and tell me which decoration was your favorite!!
