Crock Pot French Dip Sandwiches

A simple recipe for french dip sandwiches made in the Crock Pot.
Ingredients
  • 1 (2-3 pound) chuck roast
  • 2 (10.5 oz.) cans of Campbell's Beef Consomme
  • Hoagie Rolls, hamburger buns or bread
Instructions
  1. Spray Crock Pot with cooking spray
  2. Trim visible fat from roast
  3. Place roast in Crock Pot
  4. Dump both cans of beef consomme over roast
  5. Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours
  6. Remove roast and shred meat
  7. Add meat to bread, and dip sandwich into remaining juice from the Crock Pot
