It’s summer, it’s hot, and I don’t want to spend much time in the kitchen.
This recipe is perfect for a lazy summer cooker like me!!
Here are the ingredients…
First, take your pork chop, paint it with dijon mustard (both sides) and then press into panko bread crumbs.
When done, lay them into a greased 9×13 pan.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 minutes! I served mine with fresh green beans from my garden!!
Pssss…don’t tell anyone, but in the first picture at the top, see if you can find the piece of pepperoni in the green beans. I usually cook the beans with bacon and I didn’t have any…so I used pepperoni ! They were great!! Use what you have, I guess!!!
Here’s the recipe in it’s entirety!
Crispy Dijon Pork Chops
1 1/2 c. panko crumbs
3 T. Dijon Mustard
5 boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
Brush dijon mustard on pork chops, press into bread crumbs. Bake at 425 for 25 minutes.
And I thought my stomach was growling loudly when I woke up…thanks a lot! These are definitely on the menu at the Stromme house over the next few days. Thank you for sharing, you’ve got sweet skills.
HI Brent….Feedin’ people, that’s what I do!! You feed people too, in a different and unique way….
Very nice and very easy! I will have to remember that one and try it soon….
Mom, I hope you like the taste of dijon mustard!! Thanks for the comment!
