You guys…the other day I went to make MY FAVORITE COOKIES,and I opened up my brown sugar container and the sugar was as HARD AS A ROCK!! Ok, I will admit it…I panicked because I needed these cookies to be done ASAP, and there was no time to run to the grocery store!!
I called on my old friend, Google, to help me with my problem! (I should have called my MOM- she would have known what to do!) Anywho…Google suggested this…
- Place a damp paper towel in the container
- Microwave the container in 20 second increments until the brown sugar is soft
- Use a fork to break up any lumps in the brown sugar
- Use as usual.
I tried it, and It WORKED!!! I was SO HAPPY!!! I think I might have even startled Queen Minnie from her royal nap with my giddiness!!
and the cookie bars turned out SUPER GREAT!!!!
