I’ve been married for 34 years and I’ve cooked a ton of meals in my life, for family and friends! Let’s just say I know my way around a kitchen! I don’t necessarily love to spend hours in the kitchen cooking, but I have a few products that make it so much easier and clean-up is a breeze! These items are tried and true, and I never want to live without them!!
Pre-cut Parchment Paper-
I have used parchment paper for years on my baking sheets when I cook. I always struggle to rip the correct size for my pan. Well…..I found that Amazon has pre-cut parchment paper sheets that fit perfectly in my cookie sheets! What a time saver! I bought my sided cookie sheets from Target and they fit PERFECTLY!! Only $9! You can find the parchment paper HERE.
Crockpot Liners-
Crock Pots have been around for years and I am a FAN! I use mine every single week in the winter- it just makes sense! The last few years I have used crockpot liners inside the crockpot for easy cleanup! I’ve found the liners work best with the oval crackpots. Mine is a 6 quart!
A box (four-pack) of Liners is HERE.
Kitchen Aid Mixer-
If I had to create a wedding registry today, I would definitely add a kitchen aid mixer to it! I used to have the cutest pink kitchen aid mixer, but someone in my family dropped it on the garage floor and it no longer works. You can be sure that I replaced it! I use the mixer to make desserts (mostly cookies and cakes) but I also make bread with it, or use it to mash potatoes. Click HERE to shop!
Cutco Knives-
I bought these knives to help out a college gal, a friend of my daughters. I bought a couple of knives that I thought I would use the most- the chef knife, and the paring knife. I loved them so much that on my Christmas list that year was a few more knives and the block that stores them. No regrets here at all! I would buy them all again in a heartbeat! I love that they are sharp, the design of the handle and the fact that the handle isn’t made of wood, so they can be washed in the dishwasher. Amazing! My favorite Chef knife from the set is HERE.
Meat Shredder-
I discovered this gem when someone on Tiktok was using it to prepare a meal! As I said before, I make crock pot meals a lot, using chicken and it’s recommended to shred the chicken before serving the meal. This little gadget makes shredding so easy, and you don’t have to hear the klinking of forks when shredding something! Ha!! This exact one is HERE.
Oven Liners-
If you notice there is a theme to many of these gadgets- easy clean up! These oven liners fit in the bottom of your oven so if food spills over, and falls to the bottom, it won’t stick and burn! The oven liners can be taken out and washed off if something happens to boil over or fall. I used to use aluminum liners, but i found that with the high temperatures of the oven, the pan would melt and stick to the bottom of the oven. Have you tried these?? Check them out!! I bought THESE.
Circulon pots and pans-
I love to cook so I cook almost every night of the week. (yes, I’m for hire! wink) When we built our house we had an induction cooktop installed. I didn’t realize at the time that I would have to buy all new cookware because of the technology. I found this set at Costco and almost 10 years later I received another set for Christmas this year. They’re my favorite and reasonably priced! $169.99
If you want a 9 piece set delivered to your door from Amazon, you can find it HERE.
Let me know in the comments if you use any of these or if you have something I should try!!!
