Menu Plan- April 27 – May 1, 2015

Hello and welcome back!!  One thing that I love to do every week is menu plan!  Every Saturday afternoon I sit down and plan 5 weekday meals that my family will eat.  I try not to choose difficult recipes that require crazy ingredients that I normally do not stock in my fridge or pantry.  Since this is my first week joining “Menu Plan Monday,” I thought I would start with recipes that are conveniently on my blog.  I KNOW they’re easy recipes and I KNOW my family will eat them!

Here’s what’s cooking at my house this week!

Crock Pot Salsa Chicken served with lettuce, chips, cheese, sour cream, avocado and taco sauce.

Tortellini Soup served with bread sticks.

 Crock Pot Lasagna served with salad.

 

 BLT Pasta served with Mandarin orange Jello.

 

 

Frozen Pizza served with a salad. (Because Friday’s are meant to be easy!!)
